Fixing the final bugs, and first boot

 After fixing the RAM , and the incorrect connection of a CS line, it finally works !

I corrected the PCB design files, and made them available on Hackaday:

I have recenty learned that someone actually used these files to build his version of the Jupiter ACE, and they are indeed correct now.
